On this occasion, a colorful procession was taken out in front of the District Shilpokala Academy at around 9:30 am on Tuesday. Deputy Commissioner Shamim Hasan led the procession.<\/p>\n<p>District Civil Surgeon Dr. Mahi Uddin Ahmed, District Social Service Officer-in-Charge Kazi Quader Mohammad Fazle Rabbi along with district government officials and employees participated. The procession ends at the district commissioner&#8217;s conference room after a round of the city.
