Ingredients
flour one and a half cup
baking powder one teaspoon
sour yogurt 2 tablespoons
salt a little
water 4-6 tablespoons
jordan color a little.
For cider,
2 cups sugar, 3 cups water, 3 cardamoms, a little ghee.
Oil for frying.
How to do it
First, add sugar and water and after a while, add cardamom. Mix half a teaspoon of ghee in the vein.
Mix with flour, baking powder and yogurt. Make a thick mixture by mixing water little by little. Make sure it is not too thick.
