National Disabled Day celebrated in Meherpur
A rally and discussion meeting was held on the occasion of 32nd International and 25th National Day of Persons with Disabilities in Meherpur.
News Desk: The rally and discussion meeting was held on Sunday at 10 am.
Under the leadership of Deputy Director of Local Government Department, Md. Shamim Hossain, the rally started from Meherpur District Art Academy premises and circled the main main road and ended at District Commissioner’s office premises.
Later Md. Shamim Hossain, Deputy Director of Meherpur Local Government Department spoke as the chief guest in the discussion meeting. District Social Services Department Deputy Director Kazi Quader Md. Fazle Rabbi, City Social Services Officer Sohail Mahmud, Disability Affairs Officer Tulsi Kumar Pal and others were present.
