The meteorological office said in a forecast that it will cover Rajshahi, Pabna, Tangail, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Faridpur, Madaripur, Kushtia, Jessore, Khulna, Barisal, Patuakhali, Comilla, Noakhali, Chittagong, Cox’s Bazar and Sylhet from west or northwest. Temperate winds with rain or thunderstorms of 60 to 80 kmph may blow. Therefore, river ports in these areas have been asked to display the number two naval warning signal.

Elsewhere in the country, there may be temporary gusts of wind with rain or thunderstorms at speeds of up to 45 to 60 kmph from the west or north-west. Therefore, the river ports in these areas have been asked to display the number one warning signal.

There may be heavy rainfall somewhere in the country. However, there is no warning for this.
